I downloaded BitTorrent and the .avi file for the new episode of Family Guy. It finished downloading, but I can't get it to work. If I click the episode icon on the desktop, it opens WMP, and I'm getting the audio, but no video. If I open up BitTorrent and open the file, it says that it's an invalid torrent.

Can someone help me?

Also, what does it mean when it says: "Will seed indefinetly" after you finish d/l-ing?

Also, what does it mean when it says: "Will seed indefinetly" after you finish d/l-ing?You might need DivX codec to play the video properly. Finally "Will seed indefinetly" just means that someone will continue seeding the file indefinitely for other people to download.

okay, thanks man

Does it take longer to d/l stuff if you are trying to d/l 2 things at once?

Does it take longer to d/l stuff if you are trying to d/l 2 things at once? That depends on your connection and how many people you're connected too. It's not how many torrents you have open.

I hope to god your letting people download off of you. If not quit torrent. But yes, download this, http://www.k-litecodecpack.com/ since it has every divx, codec you need to play anything on the net.

If I open up BitTorrent and open the file, it says that it's an invalid torrent.
That's because an .AVI file is not a torrent file. A torrent file is just a tiny file with the information needed to download a particular file.

That's because an .AVI file is not a torrent file. A torrent file is just a tiny file with the information needed to download a particular file.I was hoping that this was a case that the file had been downloaded already using a torrent program. I still hope that's the case and not someone trying to open a *.torrent file as a video. -_-
