i was recently on a very invested site and tracked several hundred of trojans and spyware but now after i reformated it my internet got hyjacked. i know what i have to do which is to whipe it down to nothing at all but the problem is i have no clue how to do it and i cant find my HD dignosis cd. can anyone help me?

Sure bro, we can help here.
Do you have your Windows installation disk?
Place this disk in your drive before the computer starts up. The computer will boot to the CD instead of your HDD. (If not, let us know, we can fix it) It will start the Windows installation. During the process, it will ask you to choose if you want to delete your old partition and create a new one - which will format your drive.
That should get your through. If you have any problems or need a little more assistance, just let us know.

ive done that already and have reformated it already. when i get to having everything set up that doesnt involve getting on teh net i try to get on the net and it tells me that it has all that bull crap

Did you actually delete the harddrive partition, or did you install over top the origional windows XP installation? If you installed over the orgianl parition, then you are going to run into trouble still.

Secondly please define " Bull Crap" better so I may understand what you mean. Is it telling you that a connection cannot be found, or does any web address you type in take you to some unknown destination on the web?

ok first of all i deffently know how to reformat a hard drive. ive done it too many times for my own good but when i did it the first time it didnt work. i did it a second time and now i got my computer back up and running.
