iMac G5

17", 1.8GHz, 512MB RAM, 160GB: $1299 ($1199)
17", 2.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 160GB: $1499 ($1399)
20", 2.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 250GB: $1799 ($1699)

eMac

1.42GHz PowerMac G4, 256MB RAM, Combo Drive: $799 ($749)
1.42GHz PowerMac G4, 512MB RAM, Super Drive: $999 ($899)

Both systems have a well needed upgrade in video RAM. 128 MB Radeon 9600 for the iMac and 64 MB for the eMac. In additon the iMac comes with 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth EDR 2.0 already installed. The iMac also comes with 512 MB across the line on all versions. This is a good starting amount of RAM for OS X Tiger. Power users might want 1 GB though.

If I had the money, I would grab myself a powerbook and start to get into mac some. Would love to learn them in full sometime.
