music while gaming

I was just wondering if you guys listen to music when you game. I know I do sometimes, depends on the game. Like if I'm playing an fps online I usually like to get some really fast death metal going to get me pumped. So how about you?

Some nice Fear Factory or Sepultura... must be fast...

On my Cube I just listen to the in game music. Some of those games have GREAT music, like Mario Sunshine and Wind Waker. On PC I just play whatever is in my stereo, partially because I don't like the in-game musics most of the time and my computer stereos aren't that good.

I listen to the game music. The music provided in the game is important to the game's atmosphere, at least when you're dealing with a good game. ICP or whatever just doesn't set the mood for Mario too well. (I ain't down with the clown, by the way. I just pulled them out of my hind end as an example.)

I just listen to the game music. If the developers did a good job, than the music in the game should be the best to set the atmosphere.

Almost always...rap while playing NBA Street Vol. 2, even though it has some nice songs already...I burned some 50, a NOW CD, a track from the Mission Impossible 2 soundtrack, and some tracks from the Godzilla soundtrack onto my Xbox...so I listen to them while playing Rallisport Challenge. I need to get 2Fast 2Furious soundtrack though...

I use my Gamecube's soundtrack feature while I'm cooking a waffle in the disc tray. It is a toaster after all. Can your XBox cook pastries?
