Thats a lot to pick from, jeez so many good games... Of course my pick is MGS4. However I think you should have included Ratchet and Clank, which is now my ALL time favorite platformer!!!!!!

I'd have to agree with that statement. All I got to say is:

Killing innocent bystandards: buck 25 a round.

Killing hoes after the "deed": an ouce of gas.

Mopping the streets and then drenching them in blood with a group of buddies: Priceless.

There a many deaths to be had in GTA but only one game lets you kill with a clan by your side...

I'd have to agree with Scott about Ratchet & Clank, it's an absolutely brilliant game. I voted for GTA Online, because out of the list, that is probably the most exciting concept.

Well I think it would be much like it is now, simply with more guys wreaking havoc upon the city. Imagine the malaes one would have with say 10 other people, destroying a Vice City... MY GOD!!! Ok time to take some seditives...

Most likely the game would not have a deffinative "ending". I can see it as on going GTA-multiplayer-interactive-chaos-fun with no real ending.

I believe that Microsoft have the rights to the Shenmue series now, so I would've thought the chance of seeing Shenmue on the PlayStation is small.

Shenmue 2 doesn't look that bad on the Xbox, but it's basically a port of the Dreamcast version (except everyone speaks English instead of Chinese, or whatever language it was originally).

umm Metal Gear is a PS2 exclusive so far. and plsu it wouldn't make a good release date game its one fo those games u buy the console for expecting it knowing that when it does come it will be worth it. thats if there is a 4th one :(

Metal Gear isn't a PS2 exclusive. Substance is on the Xbox and PC, and Twin Snakes will be on the GameCube. Metal Gear started off on the NES anyway, so it hasnt ever really been an exclusive to anyone.

I can't wait until FFXII comes out on the PS2. I hate living in Europe, exept for Konami (Silent Hill3 first in Europe :-P), every publisher releases their games first in Japan and 6 or more months later in the US. One year later in Europe!!

That's something I've woundered about.... With the translators that are built in... can they understand us very well? The english language has some slippery nuances and syntax. Anyone fluent in english and another language let me know how well the translation compares to the original ( english to whatever language, and/or vise versa)

Given the choise, I went for MGS.. Loved Substance to bits, it's an absolute star in its category..
Although Ratchet and Clank are high up on my list, as is Final Fantasy, I'd really... REALLY.. love to see TimeSplitters 3.. Am a big fan of TS2, shame it didn't do better commercially. :cry:

I have voted for MGS becouse that game just makes your adrenalin shoot up becouse of tension and no other game is capable of doing that except for the horror genre.
But stil don't think it would be a launch title, let's say 4 months after the launch date of the ps3 it wil probably come out.

+ final fantasy 7 - 2 , nothing like a good final fantasy rpg with a cracking story line to start the era for the psp which will aid it to end as a remarkable handheld console making it legendary, looked back on in years to come

+ GTA , fast action, big explosions, missions, cars and guns... what more could one ask for?

Out some times this year and in my opinion is a heavily modified version of Destruction Derby with full car damage and the classic Road Rage feature - but being thrown out of the window of the car...and loads more.

I'm not a fan of DD either - I couldn't wait for DDA, then played it at Playstation Experience last year and it played like I was playing Crash Team Racing with a keyboard and ultra low response times.

it would be awesome to see GTA: SA online because theres gangs and crap in there so like your gang (clan) can be in the same realm where you can travel in a pack and kill cops and other gangs together dominating the streets. What i personally would do is get on rooftops and get a sniper rifle around an Ammu-nation store and knock off people who enter the store so your gang will control who has the weapons and just dominate areas of the city
