Are you satisfied with the line up for PSP?

Strange little question, but I've noticed a trend, I've made threads on the games which are due for release on PSP (most with screens). Now I often find that there's actually one other person who actually replies to say, the GT4 thread. Which is fine.

The thing is, there's actually more rubbish threads about pure speculation of games on this forum than threads about existing games, about three on Final Fantasy at least.

Eg:
Wouldn't it be great, if "X" was on PSP!!!!"
Yeah, it'd be great with Wi Fi

So, those who are planning to get a PSP. Are you actually interested in any of the games which have been confirmed, or are you just hoping that some "decent" games might come in time?

If you must know, particularly in:

-GT4
- Ys VI
- tales of eternia
- viewtiful joe
- dmc
-metal gear acid, sort of at least
- dakrstalkers chronicles, definately.
- sticky balls
- NFSU?

Welcome to the ps3i. Yes GT4 mobile and Burnout are confirmend for psp.

I'm interested in a few games coming out for psp and i'm sure their will be more games i'm interested in I didn't realy look at that many games for it yet :oops:

i think the line up is decent but nothing amazing at the momment' i think the nintendo line up is looking a lil better for launch but lets see what happens few months after :)

it's not that i bias towards any party ..don't get me wrong i love the SP and the game that came with it FF tactics advanced and fire emblem but i feel that nintendo is only huge in hand held because there are no other competers in the market when the PSP hits the market well finaly put nintendo to the test and see how it fares i'll still buy some of the gameboy games don't get me wrong but i just think that the PSP is going to bring to much for the gameboy to handle.....personal opinion....but that's what it's all about right. :D 8)

yea nice games..but will the games take the full potintal of the DS and use both screens practicly. i mean animal crossing its either going to be the items menu or a map..o boy. mario kart...map...super mario second screen is for!....wait let me guess...
those are nice games but there are a quite bit more PSP games with better quality. GT4 let alone thats better than 20 DS games. Metal Gear Ac!d it maybe odd controling Snake with cards...but i will atleast rent it and see whats up. Not to mention 20 million EA games. (geez EA your a game whore!) EA and confirmed NBA & NFL street. and there are tons more but i dont feel like keep going

i wouldnt say 20times better than all ds games.... but its good' but nothing new... seen it played it before :)

dont get me wrong guys notice i said "lets see what happens a few months after" because i believe PSP will get more classics out there but for launch i feel nintendo has stronger line up at the momment

to each his own......i just think that nintendo is going to be swamped by the ever popular playstation the grapics are better sound ...gameplay...ect they just are not going to be a major player inless nintendo can stumble across some new advancement in the field because no way can the system stand on it's own the way it is now. i think one of the only resons that there still around is because of the hand held gaming they have with out that i think there up you know what creek without a paddle. but who knew what will happen....my advise for people with nintendo stock sell it before the psp comes out...lol anyways i respect what everyone has to say about it but i just can't change my mine on the topic. :D

so you can see the future.....that is an opinion there is no way of proving it so don't say that it is a given thing inless it has been stated and proved you don't know if the DS is going to out sell the psp or not. personaly i think the first year it might be close but with so much support and evey one waiting to buy it i think that in the first year it might be close but the psp will pull off an"upset" then after they get asstablished the psp is going to wipe the floor with DS.

I'm not sure about that most of the people who brought the GBA and more will probably buy the DS (the little kids) and their will be a few older gamers that buy the DS. The psp probably will sell to older gamers 90% of the sales will probably be from older gamers. Most gamers probably prefer home consoles or PC games anyway. But this is just IMO

then moives i know spiderman 2 and adven children so yea sounds like something to look forward and hopefully a bundle pack so the PSP comes with a game or something

and for some more titles there is a thread just for naming all the game that have been said to come out on the psp is for farter reference you can see that thread. but yeah the psp brings so much to the table in it's first year game wise anyway...not talking about the awsome portable part that just wins me over right there. :D
