Some questions about the PSP being region free!

Pretty much three strait foward questions but i dont know if they have been anouced here they are:
1.If i puchuse the japanese PSP will i be able to switch the menus language!
2.can i play English movies and game son it?
3.will it limit English movie and game play if it does play them?
Please answer these if you know them i really need to know =X
