MPEG-4 H.264 converter?

Anybody know of a converter for MPEG-4 H.264? I can't find the Sony Image Converter 2 anywhere.

thats because its not been released yet.

A preview of it should be available when PSP is release in Japan 12/12.

And there is no other known MPEG-4 H.264 converter.
