How do I COMPLETELY Reset the PSP

How do I reset the PSP back to the English/Japanese Language Selection Screen?

Press Home so that the X Media Bar is displayed. Go to the Briefcase Icon.

Scroll down to an Icon that looks like a PSP with a spanner and press O.

Language is second in that list.

But how do you Reset it so that when you turn the PSP on, it shows the Language Selection Screen ala the first time you ever switched on your PSP (Great Moment btw!).

Doesn't seem to be any option to do this.

Have you tried the "Restore Default Settings" from the Settings menu ?

in the menu go all the way to the left, scroll down to system settings.

press circle and then in the next menu select restore default settings.
