But you do get to see what can be done with the hexeditor..what this file does.... when you upload it into your psp's game folder create another folder in the game folder put the file in there and go to your memory stick you will find it there..anyways what it does ...is it boots up this file and at the end it tells you the game could not be started.LOL It's a work in progress...Sony has this thing encrypted to the teeth!
