Nothing in the value pack that i really use other than the headphones and remote, and case.

Lumines, NFSUR, Untold Legends and Tiger Woods.

I haven't touched another game console since I got mine.

I appreciate the portability.
The battery life is longer than I was expecting.
Sound is better than any handheld I've used.

Yeah.Battery life is good. I appreciate the value pack. I use the MS, Case, Earphones and Strap. Havent really needed remote (its a bit poor). I got RR and I think its great. i cant say I havent played on my PS2 since I got it...ive probs played on it more. There are two good reasons:MGS3 and GT4. The trouble is that MGS3 came out slightly after I got my PSP and once I had completed that GT4 came out. RR does get boring after a while though. If I had another game (GT4 Mobile when it comes out) I would play on it more....to achieve a goal: get 100% complete on GT4.Mwuhuhuh.

There has been no official info on GT4 Mobile as of yet apart from "It will a game fro the PSP". Lik-Sang are saying Q2 2005 for Japan...but who knows. I reckon it will be at E3 (or at least I'm hoping it will).

I paid £250 for my Japanese Value Pack and Ridge Racers. I dont regret it. £130 is a bargain. Is that from ebay? after the Japan release people had to pay around £500 more like not £300.Sorry for going on.

yeah it was worth it, it will be even more worth it as soon as a real (non hacked) web browser comes out for it. I have Untold Legends, Lumines, mercury and Ridge racer and I have to say that Im really impressed with unit as well as the games. the ability to play mpg 4 files is awesome as well...I like to D/L episodes of robot chicken and watch it between classes :D

Absolutely great! Yes, I DO have dead pixels...but I don't care! I'm just happy to have this beautiful thing.

The case is useful. I hate the headphones that come along with them (uncomfortable, so I usually use my iPod headphones). Movies look crisp to me. Music plays fine. I wish it had a harddrive so I could use it for like....EVERYTHING, but I'm fine with that for now. I still get a few kids who surround me on the bus when I play it and gawk at it. They'll ask do you like it, how big the games are, how much it is, etc. I am a bit dissapointed that it doesn't have an included USB cable. I had to pull one out from an old MP3 player. It seems to fit just a bit too wide, but it works.

The games I have are Wipeout Pure and Untold Legends. Wipeout is great...it's the game I got when I got my PSP (at Wal-Mart on Friday, a day after the PSP official North American release). I got Untold Legends last week and although I progress somewhat slow, I'm enjoying all the missions and slaying the creatures.

Overall: this thing beats every system I've ever had...and beats the DS by a mile!

(And a little note: I was playing my PSP on the bus a couple of days ago and listening in on a conversation taking place a few seats away. The kids I was eavesdropping on were geeks. They all had their DS's and were battling each other in the demo "Metroid Prime: Hunters" game. One of those kids has a DS and a PSP and happened to be playing his PSP instead of his DS. The kids were talking about how they were going to buy the new app for the DS that allows it to have movies, games, and internet access and how the PSP didn't have the internet access that this thing would have. I just about laughed and was going to tell them that the PSP had the net and is going to have the net. The older of the three, right before he got off, ended up saying that while the "PSP is definetely better looking, the DS is way cooler." I couldn't help but grin.)

It definately has met the hype. Gaming is fantastic on it. Movies and music are good but they could use a little polishing. I also want customisable backgrounds!

And just where did you hear that??? Hope it isnt true. I dont believe it. There havent been any official annoucements so nothing is certain yet. Hope its at E3.

After all last I heard "L0NGH0RNO7", Windows Longhorn was scheduled for release at the end of 2006 (I know it probably wont come out then). You may be thinking of the Enterprise or Server edition.

olz, i agree with you, most people are buying it to be something graphically powerful, but whats the point of it being on different media or being released at all if its only a copy of the ps2, mite as well buy a screen for the ps2 so u can play it in the car.

Rideboy you understand me perfectly. I dont want the PSP to go to the extent that the DS has but it should still be good. Right from the offset Sony said that they wanted game creators to make new games for it so that people had a reason to buy the PSP. People are already complaining that the graphics arent good enough....just remember its a handheld and ask them "what has the competition got to offer?". Then there is a pause "oh yes". Up until now it hasnt even been possible.

one of the best purchases ive ever made and mine has 2 lit pixels but very close to the edges and they dont cause any problems. im completely happy in every aspect
