I'm stuid I guess - I mean how can you LOOSE your brand new baby!? I must be stuid cause I did. Put it down (in the sock) in the Dullus terminal just to get my ticket, got a call and just walked away from it - went right back and you know what I found.
So if a guy walks up to you trying to sell just the PSP, with Wipeout, and a 512M stick with a Fleetwood Mac concert loaded on it please ask them to give it back - ha!
Or anyone want to buy an extra charger, strap, white ear buds, Spidey movie etc etc.
I guess that's the bad thing about being PORTABLE - the white strap looks stupid - wish I had attached it now. Sad in NJ
its name was Stealth02 - I hope some nice little poor kid gets it

I hope you at least checked if it was handed in as lost property. Not everyone is a thieving git.

Yes - of course. Airline was very nice and has actually left me a message comfirming the posting of my lost and found.
Didn't mean to imply any negatives.

Ouch...that must really suck. If it was me with a PSP at an airport...I would FOR SURE carry it with me EVERYWHERE I go.

There should be a registry to report stolen PSPs so their MAC address can be tracked. That way if the MAC ever pops up on the internet the PSP can be found.

Wow dude, that totally blows. I'm really sorry.
I hate it when I lose stuff!! I've lost some pretty important stuff, too.
Hope you find it!!

Yeah, the white strap, I got it wrapped around me neck. Wife says I look good in a choker.
Wish there was an embedded ID - does not sound like a bad idea.
Oh well my Best Buy has more so I'll be back doing laps real soon - I guess I may single handedly help Sony hit the million mark, I just wish RR was in the machine (I think it inhales) instead of Wipeout.

Terribly sad...
I forgot my GP32 (166Mhz handhelc console) in a train last summer, and am still irritated about it. (got a new one though)
It's noticable you hoped some poor kid would get it, because I thought something along the lines, like "hope it'll get used at least, used well by good people. (something) -at least not just forgotten.
anyway.

That white strap will ALWAYS look stupid, unless it's attached to a white psp.
Btw, sorry to hear about your lost baby stealth02. That really sucks. Hopefully, a honest person happened upon it, and the psp will find its way back to you.

sorry to hear you lost a PSP but its really your own fault just to leave it in the airport.
If i get the PSP, im never letting that thing out of my sight ...especially with that huge price tag...

It is very unsettling; especially when(if you fly in the US) they are constatnly announcing:
"NEVER LEAVE ITEMS UNATTENDED" on the PA.

why does it look stupid? I thought it was practical and help protect it from falling out of your hands.

Yes, yes...I wasn't speaking about the functionality that's all well and good. I was referring to corniness of the white headset and strap with a black PSP. It's like sony had these extra accessaries laying around in the back, and wanted to clear inventory. So then they decided to pair them up with black PSPs. Imo, it's like wearing a white sock on one foot while at the same time wearing a black sock on the other.

I managed to trade my PSP strap for a Nintendo DS one.
It's not as leathery and it matches the PSP.
JUST THINK OF THE IRONY.
