PSP net download question

hey, ok so since i havent see this asked before and want to know then answer
: i know you cannot stream from the internet on psp but what about downloading, since it comes from a download site i want to know if you can download pics and mpeg4's from wipeout's net

You would think, since the PSP can view images and stuff, but I don't think you can.
Hopefully somone will find a way to crack that once Wipeout has downloadable content. :wink:

I think you are a little confused.... :roll:
There is a hack in the game Wipeout that allows to to browse the web(I don't have the game so I haven't done this).
HOWEVER, Sony should release some official browser that you can use with having to load the Wipeout game everytime.

They have already unveiled the Korean Netowrk Utility UMD; they created it in conjunction with the local ISP to maintain tight control over user interent access.
Ours will be different, similar, but different. (we don't have the same restrictions they do)

the makers of the wipeout game intended this net access for downloading wipeout tracks and stuff
so since this access was MADE for downloading i think it should be able to, but since i dont have a PSP yet:( i am trying to get someone to check for me

basicly what everyones is saying is that it is possibly be untill sony do it or downloads are available from the wipeout site no one know how the psp does this therefore cannot impliment it themselves.

it seems no-one has tried yet, can someone try and post saying, "it worked" or "it didnt work" after trying , i need to know soon because i am making a site with many image and mpeg4 downloads for PSP and i want to know if it can be directly accessed of if you MUST pc link even tho the file type is correct, if the PSP could directly download that would be awesome, so could someone please TRY TO DOWNLOAD and post yes or no instead of just putting that u THINK it will/wont
i am not trying to flame anyone or exclude anyone i am trying to provide a service and i need to know what i have to work with
