I'd like to add to that list if I may:

*****************************

What you cannot do:
Sell or trade any counterfeit games

*****************************
Also is there any particular reason why the game must have the same country code as the buyer? Why I ask this is say someone wanted to sell a game and s/he states that the game is from, let's say Japan, and someone from say England wants to buy it, knowing full well it is from Japan, shouldn't they be able to do that?

Good addition to the rules.

As for he country codes, there are differences in many software based on teh country it is designed for. The biggest difference being the PAL and NTSC games are sometimes not interchangable depending on hardware. It's also to protect those taht are not aware of the differences and might be dissapointd the product they receive isn't what they completely expected.

If they state they are fully aware of the inherent differences between regions...then wish them luck.

Everything depends on the user, we do not entail any burden on them other than this; be careful with whom you barter your video games.

Fair enough, I am full aware of PAL and NTSC differences, but I still feel that some people might prefer to say buy an NTSC fighting game such as Tekken 5, because it will run faster at 60Hz rather than it's PAL counterpart that 50Hz, that and the fact I'm sure many people have a modded PS2 also, which brings me to another issue.

Mod-chips, what is your stance on them? Because some places they are legal and some places they are not, which makes things a little tricky, if someone were to buy a PS2 with 1 inside, they must be fully aware and informed that the console is chipped before making a purchase for that item.

Being based in the United States, we are subject to its laws so no mod chip sales or trades.

I concur with everything the both of you so eloquently pointed out in the form of the above posts. Okay... Now that the fancy talk's over, let's get to trading/selling!
