According to an article over at Tom's Hardware, the XBOX 360 will include a 20GB hard drive with every console.
In addition to having a standard 20 gig hard drive, the 360 can take two "MU" memory cards. These can be used for transporting save game files between consoles when you don't want to take out the drive. Microsoft still hasn't determined whether one will be included with the base unit, but they will be available at launch.
