Fable

I own a gamecube and only a gamecube. I am happy with it so far. GTA III was starting to make me wish I had another console. Now there is Fable. As you all probably know this was first Project Ego. Then they simply changed the name. The point is it looks greats. What is better than an action/ rpg where your character grows, people remember what you did, many weapons, and many looks depending on how you interact? All I know is I might buy it and borrow a xbox from a friend and let him borrow my gamecube plus all my games. I really want this game.

I was also very dissapointed with my GCN cause of GTAIII on the PS2. Then I got a PS2 and now am in heaven. I say do it, the only thing GCN has going for it that inmy opinion is RE anymore.

I'll only be using my GCN for 3rd party games (if they're better than the PS2 version, which they are usually) and for RE:0 and RE4.

ive got GTA:3 for PC. its pretty cool, me freinds always around playin it and also playin online....... hay wait a minute!

I STRONGLY disagree with "Neo" (fan of The Matrix, Neo?) that RE is the only thing the GC has going for it. I am LOOOOOOVING the gamecube.

But, that doesn't mean other consoles dont' have their merits as well. The "console wars" and the attitudes of those who participate are proof enough that it is a primarily immature fan base that's out here arguing about what's mature and cool and what's not.

I own a Gamecube. And an Xbox. There's some great stuff on the Xbox and even better stuff soon to be released. I also like the look of Fable, and I must have Panzer Dragoon Orta. But I also had to have Metroid Prime and Super Mario Sunshine, and I WILL buy Zelda WW, SMB2, and FF:CC.

PS2 doesn't interest me though, because I was given a PSX for Christmas about 5 years ago ... and I didn't like it. To each his own.

yeah I like the gamecube. But fable just seems to push it over the edge. I just cna't find enough money.

Yeah, Fable looks really good. I wouldn't mind smacking around some kid in a town, and then come back a few years later (in game time of course) to find that same kid wants to kick my ass.

Fable is one of the few games that i'm actually eager to get on the X-Box ... that and Panzor Dragoon : Orta ... I want them both.

Trust me... Fable will come to PC.

Take a cue from PS2's Final Fantasy XI... if there's a game coming to console that has any depth to it, it was either released first on PC or will be coming to PC.

I don't know if Final Fantasy XI PC will be compatible with PS2 players, but I can sure as hell tell you it will be the better version. So much more is able to be customized on the PC (which is why Xbox is getting Fable).
