You can use the RoC CD to play TFT as long as you have TFT still installed

I bought Warcraft III as soon as it hit the shelves, but did not play far into it, since my parents' computer did not run it too overly well. It tended to hickup a bit, even with graphics turned down. This past half year or so, I have a laptop that is much better and started replaying the game, but find it to suck with a touchpad mouse. I need to buy a regulare mouse for it, but the cheap mice I find tend to have PS/2 ports, which my laptop does not occomodate. I have all kinds of other ports coming out the butt, but no PS/2 port.

Anyway, that explaination out of the way, I was wondering.... Let's say you are making your own map, right? Has anybody else experienced graphic glitches with the grass/dirt tiles along cliffs sometimes while creating more cliffs? I mean, I was working on a map with a lot of cliffs and I occasionally would make an edit that would suddenly screw up whole stretches of cliffs, with them having the right form but having blocky patches of the wrong ground texture and not being able to fix it unless I undo my edits.

Nope.

I dont fuck around with that map making shit, I let the people that are good do that..

map making is the best part! i love how you can customize the neutrals.

I just wondered about the whole graphic glitch thing. I mean, sure, it might not cause any harm, but it looks lame. It reminds me of back in the Duke Nukem 3D days when I would be fifty to a hundred hours into the making of a massive single-player map only to find that there is a monsterous wall glitch that screws up half the map.

If you have more than 46k, you are fine. It is the people who say they have 56k but connect at 28k that fuck you up.

Ayyo deltron, the RoC cd works for FT, I tried it and it works. Just click on the Frozen Throne icon when you have the RoC cd in and it should work.
