GC-Germany is not a German GameCube site. GC stands for Game Conventions and it takes place in Germany. It's like their E3. Just check out the site. When people start talking in chatrooms and forums it spreads. Ok I heard that Nintendo is "really" going to start give us something. I also heard "more" of the "Revolution revealed" very soon but I'm not sure if its at the event, if its after, going to be talk about exclusively on a site (You'd wish right NNow?), or in a magazine (ala Zelda TP). If you want something concrete go to some place like IGN's mailbag.

For the speech yes, unless they give us a surprise.
Here is something that somewhat confirms what I just happend to hear around on the net.

I know I should have posted it but I just skimmed thinking it was news I have heard already.

News
when will more revolution news be announced?
Matt responds: Shortly after the Leipzig Games Convention. I don't have an exact time frame -- it could be a day or a week, but I don't expect it will be much longer.

Yeah I had to use IGN but if I were to give other sources it would be chatroom and forums quotes like.... "t3h rev0 is finally going to be exp0z3d!11!" I couldn't find anything else.

Yeah, doubtful. It'll probably be a more well known event when the information is released anyway. An event such as Spaceworld.

Either Sept 13th or Sept 16th. You can quote me on Rev info coming on one of those two days.

You seem awfully confident. Why?

Iwata is a keynote speaker at TGS (Sept 16th). His last keynote was at GDC and we learned lots of new Rev, LOZ and DS info that day.
Sept 13th is Mario's 20th Birthday and a Special Edition Super Mario Brothers is being released as well as the Japanese launch of the GBMicro. What a day to let out some info and it happens 3 days before Sony and MS prance these stuff at TGS. Talk about undercutting the competition either way you go.

I hope no one is overlooking the nintendo show in poland aug 26-28th. It really wouldnt make much sense to key such a big debut to such a small show, but you never know with nintendo, and it is only a week and a half after this german show.

Unfortunately most mainstream gamers have no idea what TGS is and will first discover the "revolution" once it has been copied and profited by Microsoft (capable of facing lawsuits) and possibly Sony. And you can guess what those gamers will assume from that point. Some stupid gamers will even claim it was Microsoft's / Sony's idea and it was stolen by Nintendo.
Quoooooooooooote me if you wish to do so

^Well obviously thats gonna happen. But because Nintendo is calling it a Revolution, not just a rumplepak or analogue stick or whatever, do you think there will be heaps of people that will frown upon whoever copies it? Lets say sony or ms does copy it and they get asked a question like "Why did you copy Nintendo's Revolution?" and theyll have to say something like "well we didnt really copy it, we just thought Nintendo didnt use it to its full potential so we decided to make it better" or "we were already thinking of using something like it"
whatever they say everyone will think poorly of them for copying Nintendos idea, so do you think that they actually will copy it?
