311: Don't Tread on me.

I'v been on a 311 overdrive the last two days. I saw them live yesterday and the show was amazing, the day before I saw them their new cd came out.
Don't Tread On Me is really good. Frolic Room, Don't tread on me, and Whiskey & Wine are my favorites. What do you all think of this album?

i dont like 311. their style of pop/rock doesnt appeal to me like third eye blind's does.

the new album is good when you compare it to evolver, released 2 years ago. to me, evolver drops off msuically after beyond the grey sky. what im saying is that the second half of evolver sucks. but DTOM doesnt do that. the whole album seems to have some sort of consistency.

i saw them on 8/16 (the day before thedude) in cleveland. and i must say that the crowd was terrible. too many fucking meatheads in there hurting girls and stuff. stupid...really relaly stupid.

I really like the title track, but other than that... i wasn't to thrilled. Although to be fair "Amber" off From Chaos is one of my fave songs of all time.
