Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer vowed to "kill" Google in an expletitive-laced, chair-throwing tirade when a senior engineer told him he was leaving the company to go work for Google, the engineer claimed in court documents made public on Friday.

Yeah, no kidding, If Balmer did that, then he was surely out of his working-professional-mind, (If he ever had one) but microsoft does cite some interesting examples as to why they are suing and their case seems pretty solid with reasons thus far. Now, of course, we have not heard anything from Google's tight lips at this point on the subject....
