So let me get this staright... This is a Nintendo site and some of you want rare to go with Microsoft? All I have to say is that those who do, aren't Nintendo fans.

I can honestly say I don't care Rare's gone. Big deal, I was only looking forward to Kameo anyways. If Goldeneye made it's way to GC, then it would be a different story, but since they lost the 007 licence..

I agree, I did not enjoy PD as much as GoldenEye due to its non-realistic settings. I thought GE was much more enjoyable.

I know, I'm just saying I would have preferred if they had kept the Bond liscence, or put PD in a more modern day setting....I really hated those Alien guns.

I'm only really concerned with Rare going because they know how to make a decent FPS.

Hopefully some of Rare's staff want to stay loyal so they will quit there jobs at Rare before the MS takeover and land new positions at Nintendo :)
