their roster is always filled with heisman trophy winners, all-stars, pro-bowlers, superbowl winners, and every other award offered to proffesional athletes!
Somehow they still manage to seriously dissapoint the fans, I think the "rebuilding" does need to go further than just the players/coaches though.

Oakland needs some new ownership.....
or, Maybe they just need new direction, becuase they are on a path to disaster yet again.
