I got JUST the xbox for $470 Canadian. And yesterday, I saw xbox selling for $260 CDN!!! with two freakin free games. Man, I waited so long for xbox, bought it on the launch date, and basically got robbed :D. atleast M$ got the profit and it helped xbox stay alive....

I bought 2 games in launch, and the xbox for $690, and you can get pretty much the same deal now for $260!.....DAMN IT!

We had the same problem over here Tamim, I bought the Xbox with 1 game, and 1 control pad for like £400, and in the next month or so, it got dropped to £300 (for the same package) and they offered one free control pad and 2 free games (from a choice of 7 or so) to all the people who bought it full price (i.e - me)

And now you can get an Xbox, with 4 games (Halo, Splinter Cell, Sega GT and Jet Set Radio Future) and 2 control pads for £200, I am very pissed.

I got my launch xbox for 320$ (with taxes) and 2 games. Then that one was fucking up not reading games right so i got a new one for 200$ with 2 games..

Yeah I was pissed when I saw the Gamecube on sale for $150+a free game of your choice, while at launch I got screwed with buying a purple(only color available at the time) Gamecube for $200. I guess thats the price you pay for being greedy on launch day :cry:

I won it a month after it came out. I was the 500th person to come in and "buy" one, and they gave it to me for free. They did it to the 100th person who came in too.

I got my XBOX after the first price cut. Now you get it with 2 games for only 200 somthing. That got me mad.

In some ways I'm glad I waited, so I won't have to pay as much, but in other ways I have had to wait, while you guys that got X-Boxes on the launch day have had the gaming pleasure that entire time.

I dont live in Canada, and I have never bought an XBOX, so i can't really relate. However, most large Electronic stores in america let you get back the difference if a Console's price has dropped in the past 30 days.
