Why can't I change my icon?

I go into Options and all that jazz, but there isn't a place where I can input a url to add as my icon, nor can I select one from a list.

All I have is the "No, I don't want to show an icon" option. :(

You have to get 5 posts before that option is enabled. ( i think)
