I would go with Lasagna with a Caesar salad on the Side, and a 2liter bottle of Canada Dry Ginger Ale....and of course chocolate Cheesecake for my Last Dessert....

Or maybe just a pepperoni pizza, with coke and some of those chicken kickers....

or chili and cornbread....mmm....

Thats just the starter, for main I would have Tacos and then some spaghetti bolognaise
Then for dessert I would have an oreo biscuit cake (special dessert at a local pub)
