I just bought a new pc and it has a dvd/cd burner on it. Is it possible to play it on ps2 or xbox without no mod chips if I burnt a game to a blank dvd cd? If so tell me.

no chance, don't ask me why, but i know it can't happen.

It won't play it because it will recognize it as a pirated copy because your DVD burner will not copy the copywright over to the blank DVD.

There are programs like Clone DVD though that actually copy the copyright part of the game too instead of just burning the game itself.

I know you can do it on dreamcast though. With just a simple cd burner, a lil software, and the ripped program.

well, you could, but there is alot of modding and whatnot, but you might be able to find a way...

It won't work, I don't think. But look at it this way, the best games for Xbox (Half-Life 2, Doom III) and PS2 (Umm maybe not PS2...) are mostly on PC, so just burn PC versions.

not possible. Movies will load on the ps2 and xbox if burnt right, i know that for a fact. games wont work unless you mod your system, the ps2 is hard to mod, alot of soldering. but the xbox is easy because it has a no solder chip and game exploits, where you can make your unmodded xbox modded basically but without a chip.
edit note: you can burn gamecube games now and run them with a special boot disc. you need mini-dvdrs, 1.5 gigs, so it will hold the entire game. no mod chip needed.
