View Full Version : Pepsi Smash on the WB?

Did any of you watch Pepsi Smash when it premiered on Wednesday. I thought it was pretty neat. Its basically a weekly concert show that will allow famous artists to come on and not only advertise their new albums but perform as well.

This weeks lineup was:

Monica
Evanescence
The Ataris

It looks pretty cool. They could get better hosts, but hey its a start.

Well each week the lineup changes. They could have done better for their "premiere" but the WB can only get what comes their way these days.

and btw.......it seems that most of them come from the WB record label....how biased...sigh. lol

I assume their trying to bring diversity to the lineup...Evanescense is a rock group and Monica is a hip hop/r&b singer...I probably wont watch it again but at least networks are trying to add new stuff to summers full of repeats

Well, herbalescence and The Ataris are pop-rock and Monica is popular hiphop/r&b. They would get alot of airplay on the radio, and are popular on MTV, which I'm they are. Not that I knew this, asked my sister.

the only one i had heard of was evanescance which i like one song from so i doubt i watch it unless they get better group/artists

Whats sad is that they usually dont even tell you who will be on the next show...they make you guess on their website....i bet you they give you *here it comes* PEPSI for winning. Yay!.....sigh

That would suck, i hate pepsi for some reason it taste weird to me
