4 Years ago to this date the Dreamcast was launched. Let this thread be in its memory of one of the greatest systems of all time. The first games I played for the Dreamcast were Sonic Adventure, Powerstone, and Ready 2 Rumble Boxing. I first played a DC the weekend after its North American launch..
I bought a DC last year, and now my collection of games has grown to nearly 20, and I'm still collecting.
Happy birthday, Dreamcast!

NOT the best system, since it's made by sega. But a damn good one.

I agree, Dreamcast was a badass console. I got one before I got my GameCube.... and at the time I thought it was better than Ps2.

DreamCast was great and I just don't know why the general public just didn't accept it, I still want one.

If you don't have one, think of the reasons...now might it be possible those are the same as why the general public didn't have one? ;) I never wanted one much til it died. I never heard of enough good games coming out for it to want it.

dreamcast didn't have a chance after sega flopped the 32X, the nomad, segaCD, and the Saturn...after that, people didn't want to invest in something that would be dropped a year later. it sux because ....
DC = absolutely the best console ever!

That makes absolutly NO sense at all.
And yes, the Dreamcast owns. It has Shenmue, so it is automatically awesome. And not to mention the tons of other good games on it.
