Yes its true! Nintendo has upgraded the E3 build of Mario Kart Double Dash for the Toy Test by increasing the speed dramatically. no its better online cause you can get more people to play and if none of your friends are around you can still play multiplayer

Yeah its better for the select few who actually have a good internet connection and are willing to pay for it, but thats not nintendo's target audience.

bb is becoming more widespread and subscribers to bb cover almost right at about even with dial up users so the target audience there is pretty high actually for any company but then again i think ninty is listening just kinda tuning out some things lol
