I never used a needle to use 'weed'. That must be the NEW way to use it. The guy is in a suit too (jacket off though). I don't see 'weed' anywhere on that table.

I think I saw that on the History channel, once, among many other public service announcement comic books and such. Even the popular main-stream comic book serieses occasionally featured public service announcement themes from time to time back in the day. (I mentioned that because I think that looks like one of those old "comic"-type books.) Might have just been a poster or perhaps a magazine add or whatever, but I can't tell from just that image.
