Outlaw Star

Anyone watched this anime before? Its probably my current favourite. The theme music is also pretty cool, its basically about a man and a kid who are trying to track down the killer of the mans (Genes) father. I think its pretty class, perhaps even bettrer than cowboy bebop in my opinion

Never heard of it. I'll check it out, but I highly doubt it's better than Bebop.

Outlaw Star is an awesome anime! The storyline is cool...Gene steals the Outlaw Star (the most advaced ship in the universe) and later searched for the Galactic Layline, which has the power to grant any desire. The charaters are great and I just love the whole world of Outlaw Star. There needs to be a second season...

Yah. Too bad it was made in 1995 though. And as it wasnt popular in Japan, well, there won't be another unfortunately. Im trying to track down the dvd's in a shop. I'd get them off the internet, but the covers have cleavge on and it'll look slightly strange explaining to my dad i want this dvd with a woman showing up her skirt....

its a great series. great beginning, great middle, great end. though cowboy bebop will always pwn outlaw star.

I got the Bebop perfect sessions DVD of ebay (for £17.99 too :D) and retract my comment about Star being Better. Still, its like biscuit and cake, you can't lose. But cake is better. much better. "shuts up."
