At the 41st Arcade Amusement Show being held this week in Tokyo, Sammy revealed that they're planning a crossover fighting game with Capcom. Scheduled to release next spring in Japanese arcades, the game will be entitled "Sammy vs. Capcom." It's believed the game will feature characters from Sammy's "Guilty Gear" series and several of Capcom's fighting franchises. According to Sammy producer Daisuke Ishiwatari, which fighting styles and gameplay environments to include are currently being decided. For reference, it's currently unknown whether "Sammy vs. Capcom" will use the company's new AtomisWave arcade architecture or if home translations are being planned.

Title is a bit repetive but you never know how good (or bad) it might be until you play it.

I'm so excited for this game

In the translation it says that it's going to be Guilty Gear Characters VS the Dark Stalker Universe.

And this hasn't been done yet. It'll blend perfectly. Streetfighter is what's been overdone.

What about SNK vs Capcon (SNK's Version)
does that have a console release?

I love Marvel vs Capcon and Capcom vs SNK (Dreamcast I love u)

Because Midway doesn't fit in there at all. I'd like a SNK (King of Fighters) vs. Tecmo (Dead or Alive) game.
