Well this game is for Xbox Live but its Counter Strike and its the best,the baddest one would be Grabbed by the Ghoulies

Best: Ninja Gaiden, GunValkyrie, or Panzer Dragoon Orta

Worst: Pulse Racer, Stake, Bruce Lee: Enter the Dragon, etc. Far too many to list.

BTW, GunValkyrie is a love-it-or-hate-it kind of dealie. It's easy enough to find for cheap, so I'd suggest it either way.

Indeed, Asarien has played Pandora Tomorrow. Both online and off. Multiplayer can become very confusing unless you play through solo mode, in which I have not.
