Spider Man 2

Has anyone seen it yet? It's incredible, I think. I saw it on opening day at 9:30 and was completely blown away. MUCH better than what I had expected it to be. :)

If you even think you want to see it - Go see it. The first one hardly compares to the second. A much better villain, and a better story. A lot more is revealed, and the suspense has most definitely risen.

For those who have seen it:
The man that Mary Jane was supposed to marry in the movie yet ran out on... Was the carrier of the Symbiote 'costume' or rather, Alien. He brought it back with him from the moon.

If you don't know what the Symbiote is.. It's Venom. :D One of thee most kickass villains to ever enter any comic book. Venom cannot be killed, and has all of the powers that Spider Man has, if not more.

There are also a lot of other neat tidbits that I've found in and out of the movie that weren't really explained. :D

I havnt seen it yet but I couldnt resist reading the spoinler and now I am even more psyched about the movie. I might go see it this weekend or sometime sooner.

The Lizard (Parker's college professor) and Green Goblin "2" were also introduced in the movie, I'd like to see both of them in the next film. I don't think a second Green Goblin will fit well alone in Spiderman 3 for movie's sake. Venom deserves his own movie too, and I don't see it being Spiderman 3. Hopefully 4.

Get the game also, I got the game the day it came out and beat it two hours before seeing the movie. Don't think it's short, I stayed up late some nights playing it. I still play it too, it was also really good compared to the first movie's game.

Hmm.. That's pretty odd.

I don't want Venom to be discluded from any of the movies. I don't see why the director wouldn't like Venom. But considering the astronaut was introduced in the movie coming back from the moon, who knows. Thing is, they didn't show him with the Symbiote suit.

If they did - No, I don't think that the dude is Venom. Because it's a different name (I do believe). I'll have to check my comics out.

And by the way - There's another Doc Ock. And it's a girl. :D

i havent read a single spiderman comic but i heard a couple things about the status of venom. venom was some kid who worked at the paper place and was fired. i cant remember his name but someone told me he was fired in the first movie. anyway he becomes venom to get revenge or something. i dont know why that would have been in the movie though if sam doesnt like venom at all. i guess were just gonna have to wait.

I saw this opening day also, about 10 o'clock.

Venom won't be done, I can pretty much gurantee that. Even the story si there, it's way way way way to much to even attempt it, symbiotes are fucking insane and it would be so hard to pull off. If done solely in computer animation, it would look like just decided to tape himself taking a shit and pass it off as Spider Man 3.

As for the sequel goes, I did not like it as much as the first, the ending was so uneeded and way too early for it to be shown. Only thing I liked about the end of the movie was the fact Kirsten used the most famous MJ line ever finally. Go get em' tiger.

As for the fights scenes of 2, they were by far better, but plot distorting wise, it's like Sam is just making his own fucking story, he keeps changing the story to make the movies better in his eyes. He's not the creator, so he shouldn't fucking change a god damn thing. I'm still pissed off that they actually killed Norman in the first one.

I loved this movie, the actor playing Doc Ock did an excellent job with the character. I saw it at midnight Tuesday night and i got to see it for free :)

This movie was awesome, and In the 3rd one Harry probably becomes the Hob Goblin. Then that other dude becomes venom me and my friend were talking about that after the movie. That would be awesome if they made a 3. But with that ending they could make a sequel but also dont have too. But they damm well better.

Harry Osborn was never Hobgoblin. He was the second Green Goblin. There's actually 4 Green Goblins. Hobgoblin kept his identity secretive, but found Norman's hideout with the Green Goblin stuff later on before he became stronger. Not knowing of that place before, he couldn't have been Harry.

They are making a next movie. I think they have 4 planned, at least

meh i'll just watch HP 3 at DVD or something
