Probably not till the system after Gamecube. But you might see a GBA incarnation soon.

I couldnt give if theres another one unless it had online play. The current one IMO isnt that good.

i dunno. i think they will wait till N5, cuz just imagine how much faster they could make it :D

also, maybe they'll at least put in a LAN option, that'd be cool...
