Just take it in to be serviced. I did that with mine and they were like OMG there's like 6 trojans in your comp OMG HAX!! PWNED! And it's not that expensive, it's like 40 bucks and they reinstall Windows and back up all your old software.

Oh, just so everybody knows, if you don't have antivirus software, you're pwned. If you plug a normal Wintel into the internet, and just leave it, the average time before it gets infected is 20 minutes. That's with no antivirus software, though. GET ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE OR YOU ARE H4XED!!
