I can't believe I'm making this thread.

It's happening live mere miles from where I live.

And I have several friends who will actually be part of the show. Jokingly, they promissed to mosh when Yellowcard performs.

Pity I hate pop music though.

I dont ever care for the VMAs or MTV in general, all they have is shitty music like good charrlotte and rap. If i ever had the urge to listen to that shit i would have to kill myself. I dont even know what i would do if i actually watched it, but it would be worse then death.

I personally hate the vmas and all the mtv bullshit like that. I prefer to see the bands or something honored at the grammys or some other convention. All mtv is used for is temporary fame. Alot of the bands that

There's too much normal music in the world as it is, do we really need to give these people awards?

I realise that this would only have had any significance were it said during the conception of the very idea of the awards ceremony.
