My brother bought one of these new Playstation 2's and it's amazing how light and thin these are.

Have any of you guys seen it with your own eyes? Pretty neat I think.

I haven't but it's basically PSOne all over again.

I wonder if it will have overheating problems.

My brother got one for christmas. Now he doesn't have to use my ghetto Ps2.

put a screen on it and you've got yourself a PS2P.

My mates got one. Its okish. And Benson's right, I think they went a little overbaord, overheating may be a problem. Nothing I want for the PS2 though, with perhaps the exception of the FF's or Half-Life.

I think my PS2 is going to break soon, so I'll probably buy one.

It is very compact and rather neat. Though, plugging and removing controllers and memory cards require to actually pick the whole unit up due to its lightness.

Pats, if yours break and you buy another one I will never talk to you again. I.M. me on aim or send me a pm. Their uber easy to fix.

The controller port ripped out when removing my controller. I'm pretty sure that's not fixable. I've been using the second port, but I have a feeling something else is going to break soon. We'll see what happens.

Love that Sony craftmanship.

how do you slap a HDD or a network adapter on that flimsy thing?

It doesn't support the former and the latter is built-in.

too many piraters with the HD-loader I assume.
