There's usually three or four mods who each cover certain forums, two or three super mods who cover the whole place, and two or three admins with a lot of power. Then one webmaster. We seem to have it all fucked up.

I think you're missing the point. What I was sort of getting at is that we should revamp the whole system. In its current state, we have more than enough people, they're just all super mods or admins. A redistribution of power is what I was trying to say would be apt.

A, shall we say, breaking in position? I know that sounds perverted and wrong, but I like them to get the feel of it before going out there with the banning powers and shit. That's the way I have always done it, however David does not like having moderators so I haven't pushed it on him lately. Not to mention that we simply don't have adequate activity to support having the team we currently have, so it would be asinine to put more people on staff.
