is it possible that vivendi being bought out by M$ is just a rumor?
and who the hell are they? i thought sierra and blizzard wernt owned by anyone, can some1 tell me what sgoing on?

Expect the announcement as early as today. Vivendi Universal, as a whole, is about the third largest company in the world. They own a crapload of stuff, but are in some huge debt so they are selling off some of their companies. Microsoft, being the oppertunists that they are, picked up their gaming division, which mainly consists of Blizzard (including battle.net), Sierra, and Universal Interactive. Blizzard has always been owned by someone, they've had a couple owners in their history. Properties the three companies own that will presumably go to Microsoft (the only exceptions would be movie/T.V. liscenses, as I don't know if they still have all of them; * marks the ones I'm not sure about):

im more worried about Half-Life 2 and Warcrat/starcraft/diablo games not being on pc.

Why wouldn't they be on the PC? Microsoft has just as large of a PC division as they do XBox. Havn't you heard of Asheron's Call? Impossible Creatures? Motocross Madness? Monster Truck Madness? Flight Simulator? Combat Flight Simulator? Zoo Tycoon? Age of Empires? Age of Mythology? Crimson Skies? Links? MechWarrior? Midtown Madness? All are PC games/series published by Microsoft on the PC. They're not gonna create an OS and not make any games for it.
