View Full Version : PC Game Recommendations
I already have GTA III, Final Fantasy VII, Starcraft, Red Alert II and a demo of Unreal Tournament 2003. Any other games you guys recommend?
How about Command and Conquer Generals, anyone played it?
Midnight Club II?

The original Total Annihilation.
TA = Starcraft, they are the 2 best RTS's ever in my opinion.

Kliq, do you know if Generals is based off the original C&C engine or the red alert one? In my experience C&C games based off the original suck (Tiberiun sun was a HUGE disappointment) while the red alert games are major fun... im play Red alert II right now.. beat as russians now have to go back and finish with americans.. have yuri's revenge too..
anyway pc games I am playing now:
Heroes of Might and Magic III complete (old school fun - all the expansions so the campaigns alone prolly have a couple of years of game play, not to mention the various individual scenarios. Major time killer tho - takes a long time to beat each stage)
Age of Mythology (havent gotten very far, but its fun.. I loved Age of Kings and the expansion)
Hoyle Casino (hehe simple but I am getting pretty damn good at Texas Hold 'Em.. might play online soon for fun.. or at the local Harrah's)
Edit: I didnt realize FF VII was available on pc. Is FFX available too? Man, gonna have to check out ebay soon.

Don't get Half Life.
Steam is a piece of shit, and ruined so many clans that used to play Counter Strike.
Try picking up the Warcraft III: Battle Chest, and the Diablo II: Battle Chest, so you get both the original and expansion.
You won't be dissapointed with either game, and if you want, I can kick your ass in both games anytime. ;)

Buy the Half-Life: Game of the Year edition and play Team Fortress Classic. Older games I love:
- Monster Truck Madness / 2
- Motocross Madness / 2
- Battlezone / 2 <--- check these games out, they're fantastic action/strategy games
- Tribes / 2
- Quake / 2 / 3
- Heretic / 2
- DOOM / 2
Yea, Final Fantasy 7 and 8 are on PC. I hope they port FFX to PC as well.

Kliq, don't listen to this guy. Tiberian Sun is the BEST game in the Command & Conquer series. I would get the Firestorm expansion pack too, but it's kind of hard to find.

Do not get Rise Of Nations. I got his game and it gets boring so fast. It may be so awesome for a short time but it is not worth the amount that you have to pay for it.
