Interesting list.....I was a little surprised that Virgina Tech was not on the list. I know that they had never won a bowl game until the mid 80's but they have been to 4 BCS games in the last 10 years.

Not having won any before the 80's played a huge reason for its exclusion.

Look at the flip side, when was the last time Notre Dame was number 1 powerhouse team?

thats why its called "of all time" becasue they were the greates there for a while, back inthe day of course.
