So...
It's commenced...

I've finally got enough money to get a DS. October 31st I will purchase an electric blue DS.

Of course, only one problem... I wanted to get Lunar...but I keep hearing that it sucks, and so does Lost Blue, the other game I wanted to get.

So...what should I do? I wanted a RPG or an adventure that would actually keep me intrigued, but its kinda hard finding one thusfar on the NDS....

And if not an RPG/Adventure, what do you recommend I get?
What do YOU think of Lost Blue or Lunar?

I havent really heard anything about either of those 2 games, but I want to know about Lost In Blue because it seems really awsome. Plus, there are heaps and heaps of RPG's coming out soon. FF3 is lookin mighty good (Even though its ages away), and Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time will most likely be cool.

i heard they both suck as well, and i havent played them.

if you want a long game you could go for Advance Wars, unless you hate those type of games. I would just say get a good GBA RPG. The DS rpgs are coming, and they will most likely be very good(im talking about the ones the cube mentioned). But anyways you shouldnt be dissappointed with it with mario kart, tony hawk, and animal crossing.

I heard Lost in BLue is just like Harvest Moon, except you don't farm you scavange and hunt and there are no other people on the Island other than you and the chick. You should most def get Mario Kart DS...and I have a feeling that an MMORPG is just around the corner.

Castlevania DS, Kirby Canvas Curse, Meteos, Mario Kart DS. That is what I have.

Unless you consider scores of 75 - 80% piss-poor, then Lost In Blue doesn't suck. Like Math said, it can be compared to Harvest Moon so if you were open-minded and had enough patience for that kind of game, you'll definitely like Lost In Blue. Lunar does suck though.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow would be a good call however, dito Trauma Center. Meteos and Kirby are very addictive, not to mention that Advance Wars: Dual Strike will keep you entertained for a very long time. You should also rent Trace Memory by the way.

Why don't u just save until November 14th and get the Mario Kart DS bundle pack. Therefore you will get the system, the game, and save a few bucks

Lost in Blue was good, but when you have trama center and castlevania right infront of you, it's easy to forget about it.

I would get the Mario Kart Bundle, since both games you want didn't get great reviews.

Actually I heard Lunar was good, it just sucked compared with the rest of the series. I haven't played any of them though so I couldn't tell you. Castlevania is great and so is Trauma Center. Those are the 2 best new releases IMO.

yes... mario kart bundle is your best bet....

Also... Castlevania is a mix of an RPG with and action plateformer if that interests you any

I have Castlevania and Tramua center and they both fantastic. If you like Advanced wars get dual strike=Amazing amounts of fun. you could wait for animal crossing if you really want a rpg

I know somebody who actually did that to make his DS black... It didn't turn out so well. First of all, it looked like crap, and it felt like crap. But the idiot also got a little on his top screen and he got it in his cartridge slot. Idiot
