Pikmin 2

Anybody played this game yet? I havent even played this one, but i LOVED the first one. It was so much fun figuring out the puzzles and just beating the game. It was truly a great game, but i was curiou on how the second addition turned out. Post your replies if u played it and enjoyed it or didnt enjoy it.

i have it and it is a lot better than the 1st one. you will like it no doubt. there is more variety and problem solving. it is also WAY longer. multiplayer is fun too, if you can find someone interested enough to play. pikmin would pwn on the revolution with online multiplayer.

I didn't like Pikmin 1 that much, but I loved Pikmin 2. i even had a friend to play with and it was really fun!

Just remember this. When you go to the underground places, you do NOT have to have your pikmin with you when you dive deeper. They just magically come along. I have lost countless pikmin trying to get them to the exit.

WTF? So many hours of frustration...

Anyways, I liked Pikmin 1 a bit more than Pikmin 2.

Pikmin 2 was my personal GOTY last year. It was just such an enjoyable game, and so much was added that I was playing it for hours a day.
Tales of Symphonia was a close runner-up, though. I still can't believe I put 243 hours into that game.

Ive got Pikmin 2 and its awsome. Ive never played number 1 though. The multiplayer on 2 is fun as hell, and I havnt beaten the single player yet (even though Ive had it for ages) because of my exams. After exams ill beat this and like 5 other games (some i am yet to buy)

Ill have to pick up Pikmin 2 very soon. Ill buy it after i beat The Legend of Zelda: Collectors game. It has Zelda 1 + 2, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Zelda Majora's Mask (which i never got the pleasure of playing). Ill be beating both of these games and then ill move onto Pikmin 2. Thanks for the input.

If you were already amazed by Pikmin 1, then prepare yourself to be flabberghasted by its sequel.

I loved both Pikmin games, but I don't think I prefer either over the other. I'm really hoping for more entries from this franchise in the future, but hopefully not as frequently as Mario Party games are being cranked out.
