PS3 going underground in Europe

”I feel proud that E3 went well… I feel very happy about that, but I told the troops: OK now we go underground. The PS3 goes underground until it comes out next year.” That’s what David Reeves, SCEE Chief, had to say when questioned about the PS3’s E3 debut in a recent interview. However, Reeves did take the time to discuss a number of Sony matters, including: the PS2 (which is only 70-80% through its life cycle), the PSP (specifically, its “connectivity” function), and speculation about Sony’s future online community of gamers and non-gamers.

Gee, I guess we should of listened to him, because so far, less information have been unveiled on the system. So I wouldn't count any info until next year.

Well they dont need to release information yet, they are still a ways off from the launch of the console. Why give the info out now and have the hype die down when they can save it up for near the release. Also im sure they dont want to pull a peter molyneux and say things they want or will have in the system then have those things not make it.

my fear is that not all the features of PS3 will come out. even though the system is perfectly capable of it, I still have my worries. some features seem too good to be true.
for example, PSP/PS3 connection: it will be there, but will it be at the level mentioned?

Well, it's like I said, Sony will reveal their cards when they are ready. Just because they don't say it does not mean they didn't or aren't doing something about it. So as much as I am looking forward to next-gen, it doesn't really bother me that too much is being revealed right now. Now if they were to go against some of the things mentioned, or if I were to suspect it at least, then maybe I could draw a conclusion as to what I believe could happen, but right now I can't.

If I were to use a meter pertaining to what I feel could be delivered as said, it won't be at 100%. I never put my hopes as high as to grant an absolute deliverance unless I know for sure. It's something I try to keep aware of incase something different were to take place. Hopefully, that can help make a little sense to you. http://community.the-underdogs.org/smiley/happy/winkani.gif
