Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Maybe now he'll go to TNA and they'll use him for what he's worth. His record recently is like 3-87 or something, which is rediculous.

Yeah the WWE made his stock go down and didn't push him at all. WWE always made fun of WCW never pushing their young talent, but they do the same.

There's a bone inside of me that wishes that TNA whoops the WWE's ass for 82 straight weeks to give them a dose of reality.

3-87? Good god. Maybe he should try World Championship Knitting or something.

his record is probabily due to him now being considered in Heavyweight status when he's no where near that, he's like a 10 time tag team champion or something

I honestly believe once TNA gets a primetime monday night spot on Spike they will give the WWE some competition.

^ Definitly

Yeah, I have not been keeping up, but I saw that they were using him as an easy win most of the time. Lame. I think TNA can work him right, and they can use the name!!!

He had turned into a jobber.

I voted for him for Taboo Tuesday's event as well. :(

I'm not surprised he has left. He deserved a push and at Vengeance 2005, he got a chance in the Triple Threat match, everybody thought, probably including himself, the trade to SmackDown! would develop his push even more. I'll miss Christian. The WWE have just lost a great asset and it's their own fault.

Word is that his no-compete clause is 90 days. Also, he is on decent terms with management and has agreed to appear at Taboo Tuesday, then make his exit. Many people think that the webteam let news of him quitting slip a bit too early.

Christian has always sucked since not tagging w/ Edge anymore. Gone are the days of the epic TLC matches...

Tommy

Yeah, he's sticking around for the RAW vs. SmackDown! angle out of professional courtesy.

Christian is widely regarded as the second best mic worker and wrestler in WWE today, right below Kurt Angle.

He's not one of the best wrestlers, Jericho, Benoit, Angle, HBK and Guerrero are all above him.

Anyway, it was interesting to see Torrie was taken out of tonight's Diva match at Taboo Tuesday.

Edit - She's been fired as well.

I never thought Christian was anything more than your basic midcard guy that had a few catch phrases, but I'd still rather watch him than Edge. I remember Christian and Flair having the promo of their lives a few months back on Raw right before he was traded to SpankDown....

I don't know about Jericho.

Benoit is...easily

Jericho is cool! I went to see his band Fozzy play and they are also cool! Go on Chris Jericho, Y2J! lol

Benoit is...easily He's good but he's always been a midcard. Benoit never put asses in seats.

Are you kidding? That doesn't make him a less talented wrestler.

Benoit put a lot more asses in seats than Christian ever did.

Are you kidding? That doesn't make him a less talented wrestler. Never said he wasn't a talented wrestler. He just didn't have the personality to attract people.

Tommy

I am going by the best wrestlers in the business - Benoit, Guerrero, Jericho, Angle and Shawn Michaels are easily the best.

Dwhitten

I do agree that Angle's is one of the best wrestlers in the business. Which is why they need to give him a title push.

You want good? Look at Triple H's return. Did you know that RAW's Homecoming put more butts in seats than Wrestlemania 17? Better believe it was all about The Game.

Dwhitten, Angle's a really talented competitor, but the mouthpiece is overkill.

As much as I want to see Angle as champion, I've come to term with the fact that it's not going to happen. Not for a while, anyway.

A Cena/HHH feud is inevitable, probably finishing at WrestleMania 22, with Triple H coming out on top. An Angle/HHH feud does not excite me one bit.

Benoit contract ends soon? Will WWE screw him as well?

Fired and Jumped ship:
Team 3d
Gail Kim
Jackie Gayda

Future:
Christian?
Benoit?
Booker T?

TNA = a better WCW? WCW bought stars away from WWF/E. =-o

Vader vs John Cena - That is what we need!

Dwhitten

Yeah it will take TNA some time though. It took WCW 5 years and a huge bank account to push them into the competition.

All it takes is for the current product to become insanely stupid and people will jump ship. Raw this week had the lowest rating in history if I remember right.

According to Rajah.com, Christian has trademarked the names "Captain Charisma" and "Christian Cage" for future use. So it's good to see that wherever he goes he will still be able to retain his gimmick.

Tommy

Oh not 'Christian Cage'. He has used that gimmick before, what a crappy name.

Christian showed up at TNA's Pay-Per Veiw last sunday.

Aye. Cut a promo as well.
