Well this week is beat Michigan week at The Ohio State University. And tonight there is a tr adition to jump into a lake on campus. Only one problem it is 16 degrees Ferenheit. Those crazy mofo's are going to get frostbite.

well, the water is above 16 F......it would have to be above 32, unless it is supercoold(which I highly doubt)

No it still happened and quite a few people went I just didn't go. I have enough problem with cold to exacerbate it by jumping in freezing cold water.
