Yeah, His suit is so cool because they actually separated his fingers this time so it doesnt look like a giant mitten. Other Then That I See no dramatic alterations to his outfit. They cover the small details in Last Years December EGM.
And Yes Those Pics are Very cool. Soon I Wont miss out on Halo.

On A More serious note, Bungie is using a new form of development(I forget the name of it) and using this, it will keep the around the same frame Rate the Original Had, but still increase the Detail. Damn if only i had that article i could explain exactly what im talking about, but im sure its not something phantagram isnt already aware of.

Yeah, the models and characters are made up of less polygons and such so that the game loads faster, less lag, better frame rate, etc.

The only reason Halo is coming to PC is because Bungie has been a mac and pc developer, and when they got bought they wanted to give their fans what they want. Instead they are working on Halo 2 and making sure Gearbox brings out Halo 1 for PC. It's basically a business move to get the PC gamers hooked on Halo and then make them buy Halo 2 as it comes out after the Halo PC release.

No. PC developers Gearbox are working on it.

and half life is the most cheated on game in the internet (counter-strike) :( I hope they can't cheat on Halo, i'll be getting it on PC as long as they include blood gulch untouched!
i trust gearbox to get it right this time.

Nope, they have two development teams - one for Halo 2, and another for an unknown project (rumored to be a MMORPG) :D
