Has anyone seen the new Adidas commercial? It's amazing, how the guy goes from fighting in an arena, to saving a girl from a falling building, to telling jokes on a stage, to finally going on a basketball court. When I first seen it, I thought it would be an Xbox 360 Live commercial showing off all the life and fun you can have online. Overall though, I thought it was a really neat commercial.

Anyway, where I'm going with this is I would like to see something like that with Nintendo's Online Service for the Revolution. I don't know how life on Xbox Live is, I've never expierienced it, but what I mean is I want Nintendo's Online Community to feel like your never playing alone, there is always someone out there and there is always something to do, like fighting people in an arena, or saving someone, or on a stage telling jokes, all in one big online community. Speaking of the stage part, I think a cool addition to the online community would to be able just to watch others play the game sometimes, or have programs where you can entertain people or just be one of the ones watching and being entertained. To me, it would add a more true community feel to the online gaming world. Then maybe have a market, where you can sell items from games (I think you can do that on 360 Live? I'm not sure) or real life items to people over the online service. I know Nintendo Service is free so it probably will be more simple than that, but it would still be cool. Some of you are probably at this moment saying "what the hell is this guy talking about" and I'm sorry, but it's kind of hard to explain how I feel. Than there are probably some of you that know exactly what I'm talking about. What I'm basically saying though is I want the online expirence to be amazing. Not just for one game, but for an Online Community in a whole.

Well and that's it. I got bored so I decided I would say my piece...

Well I feel the same way, and I honestly thought that Xbox Live was going to be that way (As in you don't even have to play a game, you could hang out with your friends in a virtual bar or something and just tell jokes or watch other people.)

I think that would be next next generation though, its a shame, because It would be absolutely incredible.

Other than the entertainment part Xbox Live does have those. I've never experienced it before so I'd like for someone to say exactly what it does instead of saying Xbox Live's service is good 50 times and not explaining to me why I should pay $50/year for it.

As for the entertainment part I think it would be interesting for it to work like an MMO (of course more to how you meet tons of people in Guild Wars w/o paying). You go up to each person and record them in a list that works like AIM. Over time you'll a record of them about what new online games they got, their record scores, retro games (for trading purposes), what times you each planned an adventure for an RPG, tournament/event calenders, etc Both people have to agree or else one can choose to remove their name from another's list if they already gave it.

^This would be an awesome idea for how Rev just being online. It's mainly a Roleplaying forum, but the fact that you can create a character and walk around in these mini-places and all and for free makes it interesting. If we have to pay I'd pay for an online model (which would act as a game also) to work like Animal Crossing's world and you can just invite, visit, or keep things open for anybody. I'd pay $50 for it and that's it! Keeping it simple it doesn't have to have MGS4 graphics. It wouldn't cost a thing each month because the only places you'll visit is each other's crib-land and Nintendo wouldn't have to charge, because each of you are dungeon masters or hosts. Also like Guild Wars Nintendo could just pull off those big towns. They wouldn't be as crowded as one thinks if there was good incentive to not stay there all the frickin time and actually visit each other's place.
