So who all here uses a mac? The list of people seems to be growing around here. Or atleast we (mac users) are having more fun at our Windows counterparts.

MacBook Pro tempts me. I want a laptop anyways and I want an Intel. Most of my apps are PowerPC though and freeware.

I used a Mac back in 1991 for a graphic arts class. I took 3 days to print my single page sized design.

I have used one only a few times. I liked the OS more than I like Windows, but the mouse was infuriating. I understand they made a new one called the "Mighty Mouse" that I would probably like better.

Also, I know you can install Linux on a mac- but here's a question for those who may know... could I set up a dual boot on a mac? I know next to nothing about the hardware or how it starts.

Macs aren't productive enough on the business side of things, so I don't use them at work nor at home. I have used them before but I don't think they're for me.

I do! At least I try, I'm trying to be multi-platform compatable, but I only have a G3 and G4 Powermac. I had to dump 2 Gig of Ram into the G4 so I wouldn't lose interest it was so slow. I still dream of having a nice G5.
Oh Lovily, why must u evade me ^_^

Same here, my student loans should cover it.

At work I use a duel 2.3 G5 w/4gigs of ram or a powerbook g4 17". At home I either use my pc for gaming or my mac for actual work type stuff. I hope to be buying a G5 this next week for myself. fyi :D

I use both a PC and a Mac on the same computerWhich one are you emulating...Mac or Windows?
